Enrolling in Justworks

To enroll with Justworks (and make payments to your employees), follow the checklist on the dashboard of your account. You'll need to enter some company info, bank details, and complete the workers' compensation form.

You’ll be prompted to verify your current employee list for workers’ comp underwriting purposes. Justworks will then take 3-5 days to review your application, secure workers’ comp coverage and complete your upgrade. You can pay your employees as soon as your enrollment is complete.

What is included with your Justworks account

Payroll: Effortlessly pay both salaried and hourly employees. With just a few clicks, your company's payroll is ready to go. Make one-off commission or reimbursement payments as well.

Contractor/Vendor Payments: Pay any contractors/vendors you might have, as much as you want, whenever you want - all for no extra charge. We’ll even file your 1099 for you at the end of the year.

New Hire Reporting: Say goodbye to paperwork. Onboard new employees in just a few simple steps. We’ll file your W-2’s and keep your I-9 information on file for you. And since we’re registered in every state, no need to worry about the messy paperwork involved with out-of-state employees.

Pre-tax Commuter Benefits: Help your employees get to work and save a few bucks (up to $500 annually) while they’re at it. Employees are able to enroll and set-up their accounts right from the Justworks platform.

Medical, Dental & Vision: Using the power of aggregation, we provide access to a wide range of health benefits at lower rates that would normally be reserved for much larger organizations.

401(k): We can help your employees set up a 401(k) account through our partners at Slavic 401(k). Our 401(k) partner gives you access to funds from top-tier financial institutions like Fidelity, Schwab and Vanguard. 

EPLI, Workers' Comp and Unemployment: We'll make sure your team is properly covered. No need to worry about the liability and hassle of getting these set up.
