Justworks’ integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to send candidate information to Justworks each time you mark a candidate as ‘Hired’ in Greenhouse.
Create a webhook
To integrate Justworks with Greenhouse Recruiting, you’ll need to create a webhook. Follow the steps in this article to create your webhook. Use the values listed below to configure the webhook.
Admins with ‘Manage employees’ permissions in Justworks can find these values by navigating to Justworks > Employees > Greenhouse Integration > Set Up:
- Name: Most customers choose ‘Candidate hired for Justworks’
- When: Candidate has been hired
- Endpoint URL: The Endpoint URL provided by Justworks
- Secret Key: The Secret Key provided by Justworks
Use the Justworks integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
When a candidate is marked as hired in Greenhouse, all Justworks admins with ‘Manage employees’ permissions will receive an email titled “A candidate has been hired in Greenhouse!” with a link to send the candidate’s information to Justworks so that you can create their account.
Click the “Get Started” button from the email, and the candidate’s information will be pre-populated in the “Add a person or vendor” page in Justworks.
By default, the following fields will sync through the integration:
- first name
- last name
- job title
- office (must be a direct match with the office name in Justworks)
- department (must be a direct match with the department name in Justworks)
- start date
- home email
Please note, if you want your new hire’s salary to import to Justworks, you must create a custom field in Greenhouse.
These are the only fields currently supported by the Justworks <> Greenhouse integration at this time.
