Overview

Your Company Benefits Center is your one-stop shop for all things benefits. From viewing pending tasks and checking current enrollments to adding new benefits, everything you need is just a click away. Check it out by navigating to Company > Benefits in your side menu.

Let’s take a look at the key features to help you make the most of your Benefits Center. Just keep in mind that designs and functionality may vary depending on the benefits you offer.

 

Your Tasks

“Your Tasks” provides a simple view of time sensitive actions and deadlines. Whether it's completing Plan Selection or renewing your HSA and FSA offerings, these reminders will help you manage your benefits with ease. No tasks listed? You’re all caught up, congrats!

 

Quick Links

At the top of the page, you'll find easy access to actions needed throughout the year, such as adding benefits or managing QLEs.

 

 

Add Benefits 

Explore a list of benefits you can offer your team, and click on each tile for more information on costs, eligibility, and benefit structure (and of course to enroll!). You can also add perks and programs you offer outside of Justworks—like casual Fridays or a mentorship program—by clicking on Custom Benefits. Once you add benefits, they’ll appear in your Benefits Center main page.

Review Qualifying Life Event requests and coverage changes for your employees.

 

Your List of Benefits

View all of the benefits you offer in one place, organized by category: Health Insurance, Financial Benefits, Life & Disability Insurance and Custom Benefits you offer outside of Justworks. The overview cards display high level enrollment metrics and the effective date. 

For more information on plan specifics, employee enrollment data, and costs, click View Details. From there, you can further click into individual plan cards for  more granular details, separate from the aggregate views, and use filters to narrow your search by benefit type.

 



Edit or Add Custom Benefits

Got a dog friendly office? Free snacks? A home office stipend? With Custom Benefits, you can add benefits and programs you offer outside of Justworks. Click View Details to edit or delete existing custom benefits, or add new ones to ensure your offering is up-to-date. Alternatively, you can add new custom benefits from the “Add Benefits” page of your Benefits Center.
