EEO-1 data in an employee’s profile corresponds to the Employer Information Report EEO-1, otherwise known as the EEO-1. It is diversity data collected by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The data includes:
- Job Category
The data is visible by admins with the applicable permissions, within the employee’s profile and is also included in Census Reports.
For companies that utilize Justworks’ tools for collecting and reporting EEO-1 data, the applicable year’s EEO-1 information will be automatically populated into your employees’ profiles after they self-identify. This information is detailed below. Please note that these categories are established by the federal government’s requirements and other guidance. Justworks understands that identity is personal and that these options may not necessarily best represent you or your employees.
