We know things come up sometimes, and you or other internal stakeholders may change your mind about your selections. Plan selections, contributions, and all of these pieces are really critical to your business so we’re giving you the ability to reset all of your selections and start over from the beginning.
How to reset company plan selections
If you do wish to reset your company plan selection, head to the “renewals” tab under “Benefits” and click “reset my selections.”
It’s extremely important to note that once you hit reset, all of your previous information will disappear and you’ll need to go through the entire process again. We strongly suggest printing out previous details so you can compare while going back through your selections.
The reset option will only be available until September 9, and you must submit your final selections by the end of day on September 9, so that we can kick off your employees’ open enrollment period on time on September 28.
