We know things come up sometimes, and you or other internal stakeholders may change your mind about your selections. Plan selections, contributions, and all of these pieces are really critical to your business, so we’re giving you the ability to reset all of your selections and start over from the beginning.
How to reset company plan selections
- Open market plan customers: If you are enrolling in open market plans through Justworks and need your company plan selection reset, please reach out to our Customer Success team.
- Master policy customers: If you do wish to reset your company plan selection, head to the Renewals tab under HR → Benefits and click “reset my selections.”
It’s extremely important to note that once you hit reset, all of your previous information will disappear, and you’ll need to go through the entire process again. We strongly suggest printing out previous details so you can compare them while going back through your selections.
The reset option will only be available until August 29. You must submit your final selections by the end of the day on August 29 so that we can kick off your employees’ open enrollment period on time on September 17.
How to edit employer contributions
Want to adjust your contribution schemes without resetting your entire plan selections?
Navigate to the Renewals tab under HR → Benefits and click on the “Edit Contributions” button, present under each plan type. When clicked, it will take you back to the contributions input flow for that plan type within the designated Benefits Class.
You will only be able to edit your contribution schemes before employee open enrollment begins, so the last day to make any adjustments is September 16.
