Nevada is what's referred to as a client-reporting state for unemployment insurance. Justworks needs your company’s information to report unemployment taxes under your unemployment account.
In order to report, please send Justworks your Nevada Unemployment Account Number. If you don't yet have an account yet, you can register for one here and follow the instructions in the "Registering A New Employer" section of Guide to Online Employer Self Service.
Justworks also requires that you send your current Unemployment Tax Rate for Nevada and grant us access to your ESS account so we can manage on your behalf.
Granting Justworks access to your ESS account
Once you've set up an ESS account for UI, log in to the portal: http://ui.nv.gov/ess.html
Click Maintain Users on the left sidebar.
Locate the "External Account Authorizations (Reporting Services)" section, and click the Add button on the right.
Click the Search link next to "Reporting Service Name". (Do not try to enter a search term – this will happen in the next step.)
In the Agent Search screen, search for Justworks Employment Group. Click the radio button on the left and hit Select.
You will be returned to the Add External User screen. Justworks should now appear in the Reporting Service Name field.
For Auth Level, select "ESS Agent".
Click Next to submit.
