What gym memberships are available through Justworks?

Justworks partners with ClassPass to provide employer sponsored gym memberships.

How much do gym memberships cost?

Through Justworks, employees have access to lower membership rates than individuals are eligible for on their own. You have the option to contribute a dollar amount of your choice toward employee memberships. Simply pass along the discounted rates, or delight your employees by covering a portion of the membership.

The selection of gyms and levels of memberships varies by location.

Can we start offering access to gym memberships at any time?

Yes, your company can decide to start offer access to gym memberships at any time throughout the year. All you need to do is head to Benefits in your company account and click "add more benefits" and then select the option for gyms.

When do membership starts?

Regardless of the gym your employees pick, memberships will start the next business day after they sign up for a gym membership. We will not bill employees for the month they sign up (that one is free!). Employees will start to be billed for the following month of membership and they'll see that charge on the 2nd payroll of the month prior. Billing always happens in advance of the month of membership. For example, if an employee signs up on May 15, the month of May is free. Their first bill will happen on the May 31 payroll and it will be for the month of June.

How do I change my membership?

If you would like to change the number of ClassPass credits in your monthly plan, you will need to email corporate@classpass.com with the desired membership tier. ClassPass will send you an email once your membership tier is updated.
