This article is about Justworks PEO and Payroll. What product am I using?
Justworks has two mobile apps: the Justworks mobile app for PEO and Justworks Time Tracking for Payroll. If your employer uses Justworks PEO, you will want to download the Justworks app. If your employer uses Justworks Payroll, you will want to download the Justworks Time Tracking app. (Confirm which Justworks product you’re using to ensure you download the right app.)
Installing the app on your Mobile Device

If you are using Time Tracking in the Justworks app (and not Justworks Time Tracking), please follow these instructions for logging into the Justworks app.
Logging into the Justworks Time Tracking app
- Open up the Justworks Time Tracking mobile app on your device. If the mobile app icon does not look like this then it is not the Justworks Time Tracking mobile.
- Click Login. You will get a pop-up asking permission to use justworks.com to log you into the Justworks Time Tracking app. Click Continue.

- Enter the same username and password that you use to log into Justworks PEO.
- Once you have entered the correct login credentials, you will be prompted to enter a code generated from your Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or a code sent to your phone by text or phone call. This is what we call a Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA. To learn more visit our Multi-Factor Authentication article. (The picture is an example of getting a code sent to your mobile phone.)
- After you have entered your code correctly then the Justworks Time Tracking portal will start to log you in. Then you can get started on your Time tracking duties.
