Logging into Justworks Time Tracking (MOBILE)

This article is about Justworks PEO and Payroll. What product am I using?

Justworks has two mobile apps that support Time Tracking: the Justworks mobile app for PEO and Justworks Time Tracking for Payroll. If your employer uses Justworks PEO, you will want to download the Justworks app. If your employer uses Justworks Payroll, you will want to download the Justworks Time Tracking app. Unsure which product you're using? Logging into the Justworks mobile app (PEO)

To log into the Justworks mobile app, please:

  1. Open up the Justworks mobile app.
  2. Tap the Log in button. 
  3. Enter your Justworks username and password.
  4. Tap Log in.
  5. Enter your authentication code. You will receive this code either via Phone (SMS-Voice) or your Authentication App.
  6. Tap Submit.
  7. You're in! You will see Time Tracking on the app home screen.

Logging into the Justworks Time Tracking app (Payroll)

To log into the Justworks Time Tracking app, please:

  1. Open up the Justworks Time Tracking mobile app. If the mobile app icon does not look like the image below, then it is not the Justworks Time Tracking mobile.

  1. Click Login. You will get a pop-up asking permission to use justworks.com to log into the Justworks Time Tracking app. Click Continue.

  1. Enter the same username and password that you use to log into Justworks PEO.

 

  1. After entering the correct login credentials, you will be prompted for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This involves entering a code generated from your Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, or a code sent to your phone via text or phone call. To learn more about MFA, please click here. (The picture is an example of getting a code sent to your mobile phone.)

  1. Once you correctly enter your MFA code, the Justworks Time Tracking portal will begin to log you in. Then you can get started on your time tracking duties.
