Employees who are currently enrolled in health insurance will be auto-enrolled into the same plans and coverage tier as long as your employer offers that same plan in the new plan year. If your employer removes the plan, you will be enrolled in the most affordable available plan offered. However, it is possible that the cost or coverage details of your current plan may change, so it is recommended that you actively review and confirm your plans, coverage tier, and dependents during open enrollment.
