Justworks offers several different products and platform experiences. This guide will help you identify which product you are currently using for your business.
Justworks core products
Justworks' core products serve to meet the payroll and HR needs of your business. Our core products are Justworks PEO and Justworks Payroll. The key difference between our PEO and Payroll product is that when using our PEO there is a co-employment arrangement that exists while that is not the case with Payroll. You can identify which core product you are using by navigating to Company Settings in the lefthand navigation and clicking "Billing." Once you land on the Billing page, you'll see which plan and core product your company is using.

Justworks PEO
Justworks PEO (Professional Employer Organization) is our all-in-one payroll, HR and benefits solution for US-based employees. By signing up, you are opting into our PEO which allows us to reduce the administrative burden of employment for your company through co-employment.
Justworks Payroll
Justworks Payroll is our payroll and HR solution that integrates with add-on products such as Time Tracking, and benefits. If you are using Justworks Payroll, there is no co-employment arrangement.
Justworks Employer of Record (EOR)
Justworks Employer of Record (EOR) is our solution for managing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance for full-time international employees without the need to establish a local entity in the hiring country. With this solution, Justworks acts as the formal employer and directly employs the individual through its local entity, making it easier than ever to hire in top talent markets outside of the US!
Justworks International Contractor Payments
Justworks International Contractor Payments enables small businesses to onboard and pay contractors outside the U.S. seamlessly. By using this solution, you can process international contractor payments in local currencies across 50+ countries.
Add-on products
Your company may be using additional Justworks products to further empower your business. These products are separate platforms that seamlessly integrate into either Justworks PEO, Justworks Payroll, and Justworks EOR.
Time Tracking
Justworks Time Tracking is our easy-to-use employee time tracking software that offers a seamless experience with Justworks PEO, Payroll, or EOR. Justworks Time Tracking is designed to integrate with our PEO, Payroll, and EOR solutions so you cannot use Justworks Time Tracking as a standalone product.

Benefits
Justworks gives you access to a variety of insurance and benefit plans for all budgets that integrate with your core product and help you take care of your team. You can get access to benefits through either the Justworks PEO or Payroll platform.
