What is the difference between the App One Membership, the App+ Membership, and the All-Access Membership?
You can choose between three Peloton Memberships: App One, App+, and All-Access. The Peloton App One Membership is free for employees through the Justworks partnership while the Peloton App+ and Peloton All-Access Memberships may incur an employee cost, depending on your employer’s contribution amount. In addition to differences in cost, there are differences in what Members have access to between the Memberships.

Cost & Billing
You can choose between three Peloton Memberships: App One, App+, and All-Access.
The Peloton App One Membership is fully subsidized by your employer and won’t cost you anything. You will also receive fully subsidized or preferred pricing on the App+ and All-Access Membership fees, the exact cost will depend on your employer’s contribution.
You will see transparent pricing in your Benefits Center in Justworks when you enroll. Any cost to you will be billed directly through Peloton and include any applicable sales tax on the second payroll of the month. You will notice a "Paid in Kind" (PIK) entry on your paycheck, reflecting the total contribution amount from your employer. For example, if you enroll in the App One Membership, you will see a PIK for $10 (plus local tax) on your second paycheck of the month.
How to enroll
Learn more about Peloton and sign up through your Justworks Benefit Center here. The benefits center will then direct you to complete your enrollment on Peloton. You will be required to verify your corporate email address to apply your benefit to your Peloton Membership. If you do not already have a Peloton App Membership, you will need to register for a Peloton account, which is subject to Peloton’s terms of service (including the supplemental sponsored wellness program terms), membership terms, and privacy policy.
Making Changes
To change your Membership tier (Peloton App One, Peloton App+, All-Access):
- Log in to the Memberships page using your Peloton credentials.
- From the “My Memberships” page, you can select one of two options next to your current Membership; select the “Upgrade” button if you wish to upgrade, or the “Manage” button if you wish to downgrade.
- Choose the Membership and billing cycle (if applicable) you would like to switch to and confirm your payment method.
- Once you have completed these steps, your Peloton App Membership will be updated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.

Enrollment & Eligibility - Peloton App
What happens if I leave my company?
You will no longer be eligible for the subsidized Peloton benefit through your company/Justworks. However, you can continue to use your Membership, you would just be responsible for the full retail cost.
If you are enrolled in the Peloton App One or Peloton App+, you will receive one email three days before the billing date to let you know your benefit is coming to an end. If you don't update your credit card on file, the plan will be canceled. If you are enrolled in All-Access Memberships, you will receive three emails from Peloton: one 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day prior to the billing date letting you know you will be billed for the full amount of the benefit if you do not cancel the account.
I’m already a Peloton App Member. How do I activate this company benefit?
If you are already a Peloton App Member, you can take advantage of the benefit by visiting onepeloton.com/benefits/corporate and completing the ‘existing user’ enrollment flow. You will be required to verify your corporate email address, which is subject to Peloton’s terms of service (including the supplemental sponsored wellness program terms), membership terms, and privacy policy.
If you purchased your subscription through a third party (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you will need to manually cancel your App Membership before using your benefit. Follow the below steps to apply your benefit:

How will I know if the Peloton benefit has been applied to my account?
For new Members, your benefit will be applied immediately. For existing Members, your benefit will be applied to your next billing cycle, but you’ll still be able to take classes and access all your member info. The benefit cannot be applied to previous bills or transactions.
You can go to www.onepeloton.com/mymembership, if the benefit has successfully been applied to your account, you’ll see your company’s name listed as a payer. (Note: if you have a partially subsidized All-Access Membership benefit, the payment due will still read $44, but you will only be charged the remainder).
I’m not the primary Member under my existing All-Access Membership, am I still eligible to participate in the benefit?
Yes. However, the primary account owner will need to contact Peloton support using this link to have the primary Membership transferred to you. Once Membership has been transferred, you can apply your Peloton benefit to your current All-Access Membership by completing the enrollment flow from www.onepeloton.com/benefits/corporate. You’ll keep all your stats and class history when applying your Peloton benefit to your existing account, provided you use the same email address. Please note, you will need to change the name associated with Billing on the account to successfully add the discount.
I already own Peloton equipment and have an All-Access Membership. Am I still eligible for the Peloton benefit?
Yes. You can apply your Peloton benefit to your current All-Access Membership by claiming your benefit at www.onepeloton.com/benefits/corporate and signing into your Peloton account. You’ll keep all your stats, achievements, and class history when you apply your Peloton benefit to your existing account.

Can I purchase more than one piece of equipment (Bike, Bike+, Guide or Tread) purchase through this program?
Each employee can purchase only one equipment item of each type through this program. For example, an employee can purchase one Bike and one Bike+ through this program, but not two Treads. This offer is non-transferable.
General - Peloton App
What is the difference between live, encore, and on-demand classes?
Live classes are streamed live from our studios and taken live with other Members. Encore classes are previously recorded classes streamed as if they were live, with a refreshed, live Leaderboard. On-demand classes are previously recorded classes available to take any time.
Will my employer or coworkers be able to view my workout history?
Your profile page will include your user name, profile picture, any tags you add, lists of who you follow and who follows you, and some information related to workouts taken and performance metrics. Additionally, by participating in any challenge sponsored by your organization, other Members who are part of your organization will be able to see your participation in the challenge and any workout information related to this challenge.
By default, your profile is set to public. This means that other Peloton Members can search for you, view your profile and workouts, and follow you. If you’d prefer, you have the ability to set your profile to private in your settings. If your profile is set to private, other Peloton Members can search for you and request to follow you, but will not have the ability to view your full profile or workout information unless you accept their follow request. The only information shown in a search for a private profile is the username, profile picture, location, and any tags that may have been added. Learn more about your privacy settings here.
What devices can I access the Peloton App on?
The Peloton App is available on the web and for the iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Android tablets, Fire tablets, Android TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku TV.
Do I need to have fitness experience in order to use the Peloton App?
You don’t need to have fitness experience in order to use the Peloton App. Whether you are just getting started in your fitness journey or are an Olympic athlete, the App has something for you. With a wide range of classes that run from 5 to 60 minutes taught by a diverse group of instructors, you’ll be able to find workouts that suit your needs.
