Workforce
Total Headcount: The number of employees in the organization. This includes active members of your workforce who are full-time and part-time employees, as well as contractors and contingent workers.
Employee Starts Count: This metric captures the employees who started during the period.
Employee Exit Count: Exit metrics show the expected workforce attrition, across the different segments and time periods, for employees who are leaving the organization entirely.
Average Employee Tenure: Tenure measures the average number of years that employees have been with the organization. It can be an indicator of the work experience level within different parts of the organization.
Employment Type: Whether the employment type is full-time or part-time.
Turnover Rate: Turnover shows the number of employees who left the organization, both voluntarily or involuntarily. By knowing the rate for different employee groups, you can better identify areas of concern, look into the causes of turnover, and understand whether or not it is healthy for the organization.
Health Benefits
Enrolled Member Count: The headcount of members enrolled in an insurance policy in the selected period.
Actual Total Rewards: Total rewards covers the full set of compensation and benefits that are provided to employees as part of their employment relationship. It includes all of the cost items associated with the employee, not those that are associated with the employer. For example, health benefits costs are part of total rewards, while insurance premiums for workers compensation insurance are not. Use this metric to quickly see how much your costs are for employee total rewards.
Payout Item: The payroll categories that make up an employee’s payout.
Time Off
Average Time Off Days in Period: The total number of PTO days requested in period, averaged across all employees.
Average Time Off Days Approved in Period: The total number of PTO days approved in period, averaged across all employees.
Total Absence Days: The total number of absence days for any reason including sick days or vacation days during the period. This is a productivity-centric metric that allows you to see the total expected work time that is lost due to absences. Note that because vacation days are included as absences, a proportion of this lost work time is by design.
Compensation
Total Compensation: The metric calculates the total actual cost for employees in a given period.
Data Exports
Aggregated Data Export: Retrieve data containing metric values. For example, Headcount and Resignation Rate.
Detailed Data Export: Retrieve data containing attribute values for individual subjects (such as employees, candidates, and requisitions) and events (such as starts, exits, and pay changes).
