With the world moving at such a fast pace, keeping information up-to-date is essential. At Justworks, we understand the need for quick and easy updates to your EOR employees' information. Here’s how you can make those changes directly from our app.
What Changes Can Be Made:
- Date of Birth
- Department
- Emergency Contact
- Full Name
- Home Address (restricted to the same country the EOR employee is employed in)
- Home/Work Email
- Mailing Address
- Manager
- Phone Number
- Preferred Name
- Pronouns
- Work ID
How to Make Changes
Navigate to the Employee Profile
- Search for the employee’s name using the search bar at the top.
- Alternatively, go to the "Employees" section on the left sidebar and scroll to find their name.
Edit the Information
From the employee’s profile page, locate the section that needs editing and select "Edit".
The Editing Flow will present sections and fields that are editable. Simply update the necessary information.
Save the Changes
Once you’ve made the updates, click "Update". The changes will take effect immediately!
Note: Home Address changes are restricted to the existing country of employment.
Need to make further changes?
If you need to make changes to an employee's salary or job title, these require modifications to the employee's contract. Please contact international-support@justworks.com or reach out to your International Customer Success Manager for assistance.
