Integration Overview
The Justworks x Ramp integration helps you simplify onboarding, issue employee benefits, and control spending at scale. Manage employee information in Justworks as your source of truth, and if you enable automatic updates in Ramp, they will automatically change employee information (location and department) or reporting structure (manager relationship) on Ramp to match what’s in Justworks. You can also issue and manage cards in bulk, and update access as your company evolves.
This integration enables:
- Automated employee account management: Create Ramp accounts when employees are added to Justworks, and remove Ramp accounts when employees are removed from Justworks.
- Efficient data-syncing: Save time & reduce errors. Data syncs from Justworks to Ramp every 24 hours, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
What employee information is sent from Justworks to Ramp?
- Name
- Role (if manager)
- Direct Manager (if the manager on Justworks is either already on Ramp or invited through the same bulk invite)
- Department
- Location
- Employment status
- Start date - Termination date (to flag when an employee has been terminated)
