Integration Overview
The Justworks x Brex integration seamlessly connects Justworks and Brex to automate account provisioning, de-provisioning, and employee data management in Brex.
This integration enables:
- Automated account management: Automatically create Brex accounts when employees are added to Justworks, and remove Brex accounts when employees are removed from Justworks.
- Daily data syncs: Employee data from Justworks syncs to Brex daily, so you can effortlessly configure spend in Brex.
What employee information is sent from Justworks to Brex?
- First name
- Last name
- Title
- Member Type
- Manager ID
- Employment Status (e.g. Active, Inactive)*
- Department
- Location
- Legal entity
*These fields will not be available via the Brex Dashboard.
How the integration works

Configure Justworks integration: When setting up a Brex account, admins should set up the integration with their Justworks account on the Team page (~5 min).
- Set up auto-provisioning: Set up ‘Auto-Invite Settings’ on the Team page which will automatically add or remove users from Brex when they are added or removed from Justworks. While setting this up, admins can configure automatic issuance of cards and access as well.

Will the integration expire?
This integration does not expire. If there is a connection issue, all account admins will be emailed to reconfigure the integration.
