With the PEO product, clients enter into a co-employment relationship, meaning Justworks takes on certain responsibilities like securing workers’ compensation, registering and maintaining state tax and state unemployment insurance accounts and more.
Justworks PEO is the most premium benefits offering, giving companies access to benefits usually reserved for large companies such as large group health insurance at competitive rates, as well as other premium benefits.
