What to do if you don’t see any medical plans available to you
If you see a message in the app saying "Please contact your HR manager for help with setting up medical insurance,” contact your Justworks admin, who can work with a Justworks Account Manager to make sure you have coverage.
In general, you’re seeing this message because while our Aetna plans are generally widely available nationwide, there are some limitations in remote areas and a few states in particular: Alaska, Hawaii, Missouri, Montana, and South Dakota.
