If you are not currently opted into receiving an electronic copy, your Form W-2c will be mailed to you.

If any changes to your Form 1099 are needed, you will be able to access an electronic copy in your Tax Documents. You will also receive a physical copy of your corrected Form 1099 in the mail.

Not seeing your tax documentation?

If you're not seeing your tax documentation when logging into Justworks, please ensure that you're logging into the right account or have selected the right company.

If you're a contractor and you made less than $600 with the company you were working for, Justworks will not generate a 1099 for your work at this company

Please Note: 1099s and W-2s for the previous tax year are generally available by January 31st of the following year.
