This article is about Justworks PEO. What product am I using?

Currently, Justworks only supports payments in the form of a physical check for supplemental bonus payments. However, these still need to be scheduled through our platform. When issuing checks to your employees for bonuses, navigate to "Make a Payment" and select "Physical Check" as your delivery method. From there, you'll enter pay details and employee amounts in a single step, then confirm your payment.
 

Justworks doesn't support payments made outside the platform for salaried employees or any payments other than the bonus exception above. This means companies can't cut checks to employees directly. If a manual payment is issued outside the platform, tax documentation and withholdings for both employer and employee will be incorrect.
