We know things come up sometimes, and you or other internal stakeholders may change your mind about your selections. Plan selections, contributions, and all of these pieces are critical to your business, so we’re giving you the ability to make edits after you submit your selections.
How to edit to your plan selections
If you wish to make changes to your plan selection and are still within the selection window, navigate to the Insurance Quote tab in your Benefits Center and click the “Make changes” button. When clicked, it will take you back to the plan selection flow where you can make adjustments and save your edits. Be sure to resubmit your selections, even if you made no changes.
For customers who are renewing their plans, please note that the Insurance Quote tab will display as Renewals during your annual renewals season.
The “Make Changes” option will only be available until the end of your plan selection window so that we can kick off your employees’ open enrollment period on time.
