What Is Justworks Travel Assist?
Justworks Travel Assist is part of our Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) plan and includes 24/7 emergency and travel assistance for employees traveling for business. Coverage begins when you leave your home and applies globally throughout your trip.

Policy Limitations
No transport or service will be covered unless the employee contacts Zurich Travel Assist prior to the transport, the attending physician approves, if applicable, and Zurich Travel Assist pre-authorizes the transport or service.
Policy Exclusions
- The coverage is excluded from our policy.
- The covered trip was taken for the specific purpose of securing medical treatment.
- Any local, state, country, or international law prohibits the provision of transportation or service under this coverage.
- Zurich did not pre-authorize the transportation or services.
- The illness or injury requiring medical services resulted from being intoxicated as defined under the Travel Assist coverage.
Who’s Eligible?
Only Justworks EOR (Employer of Record) employees are eligible. Spouses, dependents, and contractors are not covered. This benefit applies only during business travel and begins when you travel 100+ miles from your residence.

If the employee contacts Zurich directly, our Workers' Compensation team will also be notified.
Important: No transport or service will be covered unless the employee contacts Zurich Travel Assist prior to the transport, the attending physician approves (if applicable), and Zurich Travel Assist pre-authorizes the transport or service.
