Justworks Time Tracking Mobile App

To view timesheets on the Justworks mobile app, simply swipe on the app screen. Swipe left to view the previous work week, or swipe right to view the next work week. Continue swiping in either direction to browse through additional weeks..

To edit a shift on the mobile app, locate the shift you want to change and tap it. This will display the shift details. In the upper right corner of the screen, there will be a pencil icon, indicating the option to edit the shift.

If the pencil icon is not visible, there are two possible reasons.. First, you may not have permission to edit shifts. If this is the case, please contact your account administrator. Second, the shift you wish to edit may have already been approved. If this is the case, your manager or supervisor can either edit the shift directly or un-approve it so you can edit it yourself.

After tapping on the pencil icon you can edit shift details by selecting any of the available fields on the edit screen. You can edit the location, the start and end times (and dates), breaks, and projects. You can also delete the shift entirely by clicking on delete at the bottom of the screen. Once you've made the necessary edits, tap 'Save' in the top right corner of the screen.
