Setting up the Integration
This integration automatically syncs employee information from Justworks to the Electric IT Hub. When employees are onboarded or offboarded from Justworks, admins are automatically prompted to complete IT provisioning and deprovisioning tasks in Electric.
To set up the integration, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Justworks account and navigate to the Integrations Hub by clicking “Integrations” under Company on the left-side menu bar.

2. Next, click on the Electric card; here you will learn more about Electric, and the integration with Justworks, as well as details around what employee data is sent to Electric and what admin permissions are needed on Justworks and Electric to set up the integration.
- Please note, you must have Manage Employee permissions to access this integration. If you don’t have Manage Employee permissions, the Electric card will be locked.
3. Finally, click Get Started to initiate the connection. You will then be redirected to Electric to finish setting up your company’s personalized IT plan.

Integrating Justworks with Electric is free.
Electric offers three pricing plans so you can customize to fit your company's IT needs:
HR Plan - Free and available exclusively for Justworks customers
Essentials Plan – $10/employee/month
Pro Plan – $25/employee/month
Any Justworks customer who uses the Electric integration will automatically get access to Electric’s HR Plan, a free plan that offers access to hardware procurement. You are only required to pay for the hardware you purchase.

In order to set up and use the integration, what permissions does an Admin need on Electric?
Admins need Administrator permissions to set up and use the integration.
Will existing employees be imported during the initial setup?
Yes. When you first connect the integration, all active employees in Justworks will be automatically imported into Electric. From there, you can use the Asset Management feature to assign device details, like equipment type and serial number, to each employee, so you can easily track and manage hardware across your team.
How can I update employee information in the Electric IT Hub?
Any updates must be made within the Justworks platform and will be synced over to Electric.
Will the integration expire?
The integration does not expire.
What happens if my company leaves Justworks?
If your company leaves Justworks, your connection with Electric will be terminated effective immediately. Any accounts that were already created will remain in Electric, and you must work with Electric directly to maintain or terminate your company’s plan.
