How to change your password
First, go to your account settings under "You" and then click on the "Security/Log in" tab. Next, look for the "Edit Password" option under "Security" and click on it. You'll need to enter your current password and then choose a new password.
How to view and print your payment voucher
You can view your payment vouchers by logging in to your account and clickin the "Paystubs" button under "You." Click on any of the dates, and you can see a full breakdown of the payment. In the top right corner of each payment voucher, you'll see a button to download as a PDF.
How to update your bank account settings
To update your bank details navigate to "Account Settings" under You and click on the "Finances" tab. Next, click on the "Verify to Edit" option under "Bank Account".
After clicking on "Verify to edit," a prompt will appear asking you to verify your identity by using your preferred MFA method. You will need to enter the verification code and click on submit.
You will then be prompted to enter your password.
Upon success, you will be able to gain access to edit your bank details. Remember to click on "save changes" to save the changes you've made.
How to update your contact information
From "Account Settings" under You, click the blue pencil next to "Contact" to update your address, phone number, email, and emergency contact.
How to update your finance information
From Account Settings under You, click on the "Finances" tab. Next, click on “Edit” next to “Tax Info” to update your filing status (determined from your W-4) and select whether you'd like payment amounts to be displayed in your email.
How to add/edit your pronouns
From "Account Settings" under You, click the blue pencil next to "Profile" to update your pronouns. This field is optional, and any information you enter will appear in your public profile, as well as in your company’s Org Chart.
How to hide your birth month and day from your public profile
You can hide your birth month and day from displaying in your public profile. From "Account Settings" under You, click the blue pencil next to "Profile", then check “Hide my birthday in public profile”. Your birth year will never be shown in your public profile.
