Mineral is Justworks’ HR resources partner providing customers with online access to tools and knowledge to understand compliance requirements, implement policies and practices that reduce employment risk, and make workforce compliance-related decisions quickly and confidently.
Mineral is free for all companies using Justworks PEO.
What resources are available in Mineral?
In addition to its vast database of employment toolkits, templates, and law articles, Mineral offers:
HR and Compliance Q&A database - Find answers to your toughest HR compliance questions across all U.S. jurisdictions, anytime.
Employee Handbook Builder - Quickly and easily build your company's employee handbook and keep it updated over time.
- From the Mineral homepage, click Company Policies > Handbooks > Create to start building a new handbook.
- You can download your final handbook from Mineral and distribute to employees for e-signature using the Document Center in Justworks.
Job Description Builder - A guided approach to building robust and consistent job descriptions.
Mineral Community - an interactive online community, where administrators can connect directly with other Mineral users to enhance their HR knowledge, ask and answer questions, and share business practices.
How can I access Mineral?
Mineral is available to customers after they have signed the Customer Service Agreement and set up their Justworks account.
Only administrators with HR admin permissions in Justworks have access to Mineral.
Mineral can be accessed directly from the Justworks dashboard under HR > Resources > Visit Mineral. This will open up Mineral’s home page without needing a further login.
If you encounter issues, ensure that your pop-up blocker is turned off. If you see the Mineral login screen rather than the home page, please contact the Justworks Support team.
