How do I add new clients to Justworks Payroll and my Advisor Dashboard?
Justworks Payroll is the perfect fit for your clients who are not quite ready for Justworks PEO but need a seamless, turnkey payroll solution. You can easily add/refer a new client to Justworks Payroll from within Advisor Dashboard.
To add/refer a new client to Justworks Payroll:
- Log into Advisor Dashboard
- Click “Add new client” from the top right of the Home screen
- Select “My client does not have a Justworks account”, and click “Next”
- Choose Payroll, and click "Next"
- Enter your client’s business information and click "Create"
- Then, go to the Payroll tab in Advisor Dashboard, click on the Enrolling tab, and select the company name you just created
- The client's new Justworks Payroll account will open in a new tab, where you can assist in completing most of the onboarding process
- Once onboarding is complete, your new client will be ready to run the first payroll and will move from the Enrolling tab to the Active tab in the Payroll section
Payroll Onboarding can take 2 to 7 business days, depending on the information available upfront.
How do I add new clients to Justworks PEO and my Advisor Dashboard?
Justworks PEO helps your clients offload payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance tasks, giving them more time to focus on growing their business. You can easily refer a new client to Justworks PEO through the Advisor Dashboard.
To refer a new client to Justworks PEO:
- Log into Advisor Dashboard
- Go to the PEO tab and click Refer client in the top right corner
- A partner portal login page will open in a new tab—enter your credentials to proceed
- Enter your client’s information and submit the referral
- The partnerships team will reach out to coordinate working with your client
Once the deal closes and the client begins onboarding, the client can add you to their account. During this stage, the client will appear under the Enrolling tab. Once the client goes live on PEO, they will move to the Active tab.
Note: If you don’t have partner credentials or want to connect with the partnerships team, click the chatbot in the lower right corner. You can send an email or call to request a connection with your regional Justworks Partner Manager.
PEO onboarding can take 2-3 weeks for expedited enrollment, though the typical timeline, 3-6 weeks, depends on how quickly your client completes their application.
