Integrations allow admins to seamlessly access data from third-party applications through Justworks and make daily tasks easier and more efficient.
Integrations Currently Supported at Justworks:
- Greenhouse
- QuickBooks Online
- QuickBooks Desktop
- Xero
Integrations Marketplace
All integrations can be found within our Integrations Marketplace, which is accessed through the “Integrations” tab in the Navigation Bar. This page displays integrations by category and provides a brief description. Each integration is clickable and will route you to their respective place within Justworks. You can also request an integration by filling out the request form on the top right and letting us know what you’d like us to add.
Please note: Only admins with permission to Make Payments, View Invoices & Reporting, or Manage Employees will be able to see the Integrations page. Depending on your permissions, some integrations may not be accessible and will be represented by a lock symbol.
Greenhouse
Admins can send candidate information to Justworks each time they mark a candidate as ‘Hired’ in Greenhouse.
QuickBooks Online
Admins can send invoices to their Quickbooks Online accounting program directly from Justworks.
QuickBooks Desktop
Admins can download an IIF file from Justworks to upload directly into their QuickBooks Desktop accounting software.
Xero
Admins can send processed invoices over to Xero so that they can keep track of their entire financial picture in one place.
